- In the event of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable /unavoidable reasons we must be notified of the same writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the due date we receive advice in writing , and cancellation charges would be as follow ::
1. 100% of paid Amount will be refunded or adjust with other trip(within 1yr.), if Cancelled before 80 days.
2. 70% of paid Amount will be refunded or adjust with other trip(within 1yr.), if Cancelled before 50 days.
3. 50% of paid Amount will be refunded or adjust with other trip(within 1yr.), if Cancelled before 30 days.
4.Neither refund nor adjust with other trip if cancellation before 30 days of arrival

-In regard to refund of unused/unutilized services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund Amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us.Please note that the refund process may take two to four weeks. If the refund is made to the credit card account or to bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refunded Amount.

- We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person , property , other services resulting directly or indirectly from any act of God, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, wars, civil disturbances , strickes, riots, thefts, or any other reasons. All baggages and personal property/s are all times at the clients risk. We will not be responsible for any costs arising out of unforseen circustances like landslides, thunderstorm, heavy rain, road blocks etc. All provided Hotel / Homestay / Resort / Car / Bus service is not in our ownership or partnership. We get all this Hotel / Homestay / Resort / Car / Bus service from our trusted vendor.
